Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are and are not available for ITCM services. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Payments are processed securely via PayPal.

Before work begins

If we have not started work on your project, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Once work has commenced

Once work has commenced, payments become non-refundable for services, time, research, planning, development, design, consulting, or other work already performed.

Staged & milestone projects

For projects delivered in stages or milestones, each stage is reviewed and approved before the next stage begins. Payments made for completed or approved stages are non-refundable.

If we fail to deliver (our fault)

If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work within the agreed timeframe due solely to our fault, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion of the project within 30 days of payment.

When refunds are not available

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Changes of mind
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Failure to provide required information or access
  • Third-party service issues (e.g. hosting, domains, plugins, payment providers)
  • Requests that fall outside the agreed project scope

Recurring plans

Monthly maintenance and care plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. The current period is non-refundable once service has been provided.

How to request a refund

Eligible refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment by emailing info@itconsultingmanagement.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned via the original PayPal payment method.
