How ITCM reviews work
We only accept reviews from customers who have actually worked with us. To leave a review, a client signs in to their ITCM account, opens a completed order and rates that specific service. Each review is linked to its order, so every rating on this page reflects real, delivered work, and each one is marked “Verified purchase”.
- One review per completed order, written by the customer in their own words
- Positive and critical reviews are both published; we only remove spam, personal data or abusive language
- Customers choose how their name appears: full name, initials or company name
- We may reply publicly, but we never edit what the customer wrote
