A Custom Multi-Company SaaS HR Platform

A client wanted to launch an HR platform that companies could subscribe to — more advanced than the popular off-the-shelf tools, with a fully bilingual (Arabic/English) interface. We designed and built it from scratch as a secure multi-tenant SaaS application.

The challenge

  • Existing HR tools were too rigid and lacked advanced, formula-based evaluation and payroll
  • Needed true multi-company (multi-tenant) isolation — each company with its own users, roles and data
  • Required an Arabic-first, bilingual interface
  • Had to support subscriptions, permissions, managers and employees
