BeforePump: Building a 24/7 Crypto Signal Platform
BeforePump is ITCM’s own product: an automated crypto scanner that watches the whole Binance Futures market around the clock and sends LONG and SHORT alerts when its conditions line up. We designed, built and run it end to end — the data engine, the website, the members’ area, subscriptions, the installable app and the SEO — and it runs on ordinary low-cost shared hosting.

The challenge
- Watch hundreds of futures pairs every few minutes, 24/7, without expensive servers
- Earn trust in a market full of hype: every result had to be public and checkable
- Serve English and Arabic users equally well, on phones first
- Take subscription payments in USDT without holding customer funds or asking for exchange API keys
- Get found on Google for competitive crypto searches as a brand-new domain
What we did
- Built a scheduled data engine in PHP and MySQL that pulls open interest, volume and funding from Binance’s public API every 5 minutes and scores each coin against its own recent baseline
- Logged every alert automatically from the moment it fires until it closes, with a public track record page and a downloadable CSV — nothing can be edited or deleted
- Generated the methodology page straight from the live settings, so the published rules can never drift from what the system actually does
- Created a fully bilingual (English/Arabic, right-to-left) site and members’ dashboard, designed mobile-first
- Made it installable as a phone app (PWA) with fast offline-cached pages and always-fresh data
- Added USDT subscriptions with transaction-hash proof, instant temporary access while a person verifies the payment, and hardened file-upload security
- Built the SEO foundation: hundreds of auto-generated coin pages, structured sitemaps, research articles, an llms.txt file for AI search and Search Console tracking
